Any pet photo that you send must be in JPG format, and when you send it, please use as large and clear a photo as possible. If the photo needs cropping, let us take care of that.
The animation works best if if your pet is facing the camera in the photo with its mouth closed.
If the photo is on your hard drive already, simply use the photo-upload feature on the order form and it will come to us automatically with your order.
If the photo is not on your hard-drive, scan it at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch). Give it a name and save it as a JPG on your desktop or in a folder on your hard drive.
If you do not have a scanner, you can take the photo (or your camera's memory card) to Walmart (or any pharmacy) with a photo counter. They can put the photo on a CD in JPG format and tell you how to save it to your computer's hard drive. Then, just follow the instructions explained in the first line above.
