you get a message saying that your time is up before you
complete the PayPal form, it
does not mean that you are entering the information too
slowly. It simply means that first level "cookies" are not
enabled on your computer. (Cookies are temporary little
files that facilitate ordering.)

a-In Internet Explorer, on the
tools menu, click Internet options.
b-Click the privacy tab at the top, and then click
"sites" or "edit".
c-In the website address box, type
www.paypal.com.
d-Click on the box that says "allow"
and then click on the box that says "OK"
at the bottom. The payment form should work fine after
that.
